Coaching

All interactions have a coaching element deeply engrained in them. We do both Individual and Group coaching sessions! While Group Coaching is seamlessly well integrated into the collective Learning events the Individualized one-on-one coaching sessions being personal are on a confidentiality agreement signed between the coach & coachee.

CODE

Listen Consultants Signature program our Core program A Coaching Embedded Organisational Engagement (CODE) program is a 6-month intervention which is integrated with 3-4collective L&Ds well interspersed with 6 one-on-one personalized coaching sessions of 90 minutes each.

Outbound Training Programs

The Premise on which OBT works is “When we are with Nature we are Our Natural Best” OBT programs fully activities/games based though may be rejuvenators from the trainees point of view what with less of classroom interaction and knowledge imparting they being action packed generate a whole lot of learning which can be replicable at work places!

Assessments

We are experts in conducting personal interviews group interviews extenpores conducting group tasks group discussions and focussed group discussions which are elemental in being used for assessing the wherewithal of individuals across personal,professional,academic and social skills as much as to test their physical mental and emotional aspects!
