We at LISTEN Consultants, specialize in applying need-based Learning and Development Solutions to organizations. LISTEN believes that every organization essentially exists to create and in order to create what we want we must continually enhance capability. Our core idea is to facilitate just that. Since then our work with both Indian and Multi-national companies has delivered value, meaning and learning to our clients that gives us more the meaningful purpose with an enhanced confidence to reach-out to organizations.
